Here is Callum playing 'Walking in the Air' from the movie 'The Snowman'. Miss Robertson asked him if he could play it at one assembly as it is one of her favourite songs. So Callum went home and figured out how to play it during his weekend. He is a musical genius!

The Whio bird (Blue duck) has only have a population of  2,500 birds, Whio are rarer than the kiwi! It is the bird that is currently on our $10 note.

Here is a competition to raise awareness of the Whio bird. All you have to do is pucker up and post a photo of yourself doing a duck face on the link below. You could win a five day family adventure for a whio wildeness experience.
